I have the privilege of working with both adults and teens facing a wide range of emotional, relational, and mental health challenges. Using a holistic and personalized approach, I integrate evidence-based practices including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), mindfulness-based interventions, and existential therapy to meet each client's unique needs.

Hello, I'm Dr. Devin Custons, a Licensed Professional Counselor with nearly a decade of experience helping individuals and families navigate life's challenges.

Throughout my career, I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, and families across a variety of clinical settings, supporting clients through concerns such as trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship difficulties, behavioral challenges, stress management, and personal growth.

My approach to therapy is grounded in compassion, authenticity, and collaboration. I believe meaningful change occurs when clients feel safe enough to explore their experiences while also being supported and challenged to pursue their goals. Every client brings a unique story, and I strive to create a therapeutic experience that honors their strengths, values, and lived experiences.
